Our premium, boiled and hand-baked bagels are the best wholesale available anywhere. We use the same recipes that we use for our retails stores, never cut corners or substitute ingredients in our wholesale product. The flour we use is clean-label, high gluten flour, non-chlorinated and non-bleached. It comes from a farm in North Dakota.
Our wholesale bagels are packed in boxes of 6 dozen, in ½ dozen bags. They are available Frozen, Par Baked or Fully Baked. Delivery is available upon request. There are 30 cases per pallet, and the total number of dozen per pallet is 180. Our tractor trailers hold 22 pallets or 3960 dozen bagels.
